IT that just works, so your team can get on with theirs.
MSP for Canada is a local managed service provider for organizations with 20 to 500 people. We run your help desk, secure your users and devices, and keep your data in Canada, all for one predictable monthly fee.
One partner for support, security and the cloud
Most of our clients come to us after outgrowing a one-person IT department or a break-fix shop. We take over the day-to-day and give you a plan for what comes next.

We started MSP for Canada in 2021, when remote work exposed how fragile many small and mid-sized IT setups really were. Our approach is simple: standardize, secure and document everything, then answer the phone when people need help.
- Real technicians in Ontario. No offshore call centre. The people on the phone are the people who know your environment.
- Data residency in Canada. Backups, monitoring and Microsoft 365 tenants stay in Canadian regions to support PIPEDA, PHIPA and Québec Law 25 obligations.
- Flat, per-user pricing. Unlimited remote and on-site support. No surprise hourly bills for routine work.
- Security in every plan. MFA, endpoint protection and patching are standard, not upsells.
- Month-to-month after onboarding. We earn your business every month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Before you call
Straight answers to what prospective clients ask us most. Anything else, just ask.
Do you work with companies that already have an IT person?
Yes, often. We provide co-managed IT: your internal staff keep ownership of the business systems they know best, and we take the help desk, patching, security monitoring and after-hours coverage off their plate.
How quickly can you get someone on-site?
For clients in Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville and Vaughan, usually the same business day for urgent issues. Most problems are resolved remotely within minutes, so on-site visits are for hardware and network work.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. There is a 90-day onboarding term so we can stabilize your environment properly. After that, agreements are month to month with 30 days' notice.
Where is our data stored?
In Canada. Backups are stored in Toronto and Montréal data centres, and we configure Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants in the Canada Central and Canada East regions.
What does it cost?
Managed IT plans start at $89 per user per month (CAD). Most clients land between $120 and $165 per user once security and backup are included. See plans and pricing.
Not sure where your IT stands?
Start with a free two-week IT and security assessment. You get a written report and a prioritized plan, whether or not you hire us.
